Dedication Service ’ll Open Vista Of Hope For IAUOE – VC

The Vice Chancellor of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUOE), Port Harcourt, Prof Joseph Kinanee, has assured that the 5th thanksgiving and dedication service organized by the university which he described as an annual ritual will open more vista of hope for the institution.
Prof Kinanee, who made the remarks during this year’ dedication ceremony in Port Harcourt recently said the event was a reminder that without God, nobody could do anything, adding that a lot had happened since the last dedication service and predicted more things to come from now on.
The Vice Chancellor also thanked the staff of the university for their support and cooperation so far.
Also speaking at the event, the Special Adviser to the Governor of Rivers State on Spiritual Matters, Bishop Winston Iwo, described the Supreme Court’s victory of Governor Nyesom Wike as God’s way of putting thing right and saving lives in the state.
Bishop Iwo said that the judgement has preserved the lives of many who would have been killed if there was  re-run in the state.
He said that the system needed God for things to go well in the state, adding that, it was the lack of it and lack of fear of God that has brought things to where we are now.
The guest speaker of the occasion urged Christians to see themselves as lights of the world and let their lives so shine to the glory of God.
He also enjoined staff of the university and other to desist from eye service and work with the fear of God for the betterment of the university and the entire society.
